General Nutrition
Eating well contributes towards a long and healthy life. If you want advice on ‘general healthy eating’, book a nutrition assessment appointment. Depending on your typical diet, I can provide you with some general recommendations or if needed, a selective meal plan to help get you on the right track.

Weight Management
Body weight management can be a challenge for many of us. If you want counselling and guidance on weight loss, gain, or maintenance, enquire about appointment packages and we can work together to develop some realistic goals for life-long success.
Of special note on weight loss strategies, I am a certified Craving Change™ educator and can offer individual or small group class rates for those wanting help with emotional or problematic eating patterns. Contact me for more information.

Sports Nutrition
Nutrition plays a vital role in exercise performance and training. With an increasing volume of advertisements for expensive athletic enhancement products, it can be difficult to know how to eat well based on your level of physical activity. Contact me about appointment packages and I can develop a cost-effective nutrition plan that will contribute towards enhancing your athletic performance.

Chronic Disease Management
Effective management of chronic disease conditions, such as high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes often requires medications and close monitoring from a variety of health professionals. Eating right can further improve the effectiveness of managing these conditions by helping to prevent disease progression and contribute towards enhancing overall quality of life. Contact me about appointment packages.

Metabolic Testing
Your resting metabolic rate or RMR reflects the number of calories you burn when in a resting state (e.g. sitting in a chair). An awareness of your RMR can help in estimating your calorie requirements for everyday life. This caloric estimation can help by ensuring that you are nourishing your body adequately for activity or for weight management.
This can be a stand-alone service or packaged with a nutrition assessment. Contact me for details.
